The changes relate mainly to the composition of the Swedish team, and to the inclusion of Gote Nordin.
My own opinion is that Version B is almost certainly the correct version

These results appreared in the Polish press and are supported by SVEMO's record of the meeting. Roman Chyla reports that the referee, Wladyslaw Pietrzak, wrote an article in Tygodnik Zuzlowy many years ago supporting this version of the results, and points out that the track announcer said that Per Tage Svensson did not even arrive in Wroclaw.
