	Christian Weber writes : This really was a meeting with riders from Bucharest, and a couple of invited riders from Graz, the Austrian brothers Hans and Hubert Hubmann. The track at Bucharest (Velodrome) was a very big long-track of 1,140 m length. On Sunday, 4 September 1932, the "Bucharest - Graz" meeting had one big international race on the programme, a race over 30 laps (total distance 34,200 m), and with six riders, that's the two riders from Graz, Hans and Hubert Hubmann, and four of the best of the Bucharest riders, Nicolae Ionescu-Christea, Paul Vasilescu, Eugen Popescu and Gheorghe Leu. This was not a team event, but only an individual race between Romanian riders from Bucharest and Austrian riders from Graz. The result was 1st Hubert Hubmann (Graz), 2nd Pospescu (Buch), 3rd Christea (Buch). Hans Hubmann did not finish the 30 lap race because of a tyre puncture. This meeting hardly qualifies as a true international match between two representative teams. (See programme below)
